Founder & Managing Partner
Lynn King-Tolliver brings more than 25 years of institutional real estate investment management experience to Archere Investment Management, including more than $5 billion of transactions across multiple property sectors and markets.
Her experience spans acquisitions, portfolio strategy, joint ventures, capital structuring, asset management, and investment committee governance, combining an institutional investment perspective with entrepreneurial execution.
A frequent speaker, moderator, and industry thought leader, Lynn is regularly invited to share her perspective on real estate investment management, housing, capital markets, joint ventures, and the development of scalable investment platforms.
She currently serves as President of African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles, a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Board of Mercy Housing California.
